When returning a warranty item, please make sure you include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # in the package. It is also helpful to write on the box. If you do not have an RMA #, you can still send us your return, but you will need to complete a new RMA request. Not completing this form may delay your return being processed or prevent us from issuing a refund.

Next, return the items via UPS. Remember, your return items must be securely packed, preferably in the package that they arrived in. Vendnet is not responsible for items that arrive damaged from shipping.

Simply take your package to any location that has regularly scheduled UPS pick-ups. You may want to check with your place of employment to see if they have regular UPS pick-ups. Or, you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or visit the UPS Website.

Credits are generally processed within seven business days of being returned and will be processed back into your account.

You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if Vendnet made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from Vendnet’s fulfillment warehouse.
